Villa moves involve more garden furniture, outdoor play sets and larger appliances; neighbours in nearby sub-communities can collect them without leaving the community.

No. Buyers talk to Nearbay, not to you. The catalog shows item photos, prices, your community and, if you add it, your building name. Your video stays private and is deleted automatically after 7 days.
Two automatic discounts help items move: buyers who reserve 3 or more items together get 10% off the total, and items still available without a reservation 4 days after publishing drop 15% once, never below the estimated dealer price plus 10% or AED 50; you can turn this off in your seller panel.
