No. Buyers talk to Nearbay, not to you. The catalog shows item photos, prices and your community; your building and unit stay private. Your video stays private and is deleted automatically after 7 days.
Two automatic discounts help items move: buyers who reserve 3 or more items together get 10% off the total, and items still available without a reservation 4 days after publishing drop 15% once, never below the estimated dealer price plus 10% or AED 50; you can turn this off in your seller panel.
